(and i always knew that when i did make one it would be a mushroom risotto, rather like that spectacular one i had at the David Jones panini bar several weeks ago... um and obviously i was wrong.) a prawn risotto sounds very tasty, and maybe it will be with snow peas! saffron, that is a great idea! i have been meaning to make a risotto for the last decade.
