i made a version of spinach pie a few weeks ago, involving roasting breadcrumbs and pine nuts in olive oil, and adding a layer of filo and pine nut mix at the base. makes for a lovely crunch.

also dill, is such a lovely herb. does amazing things to tinned salmon too.</description>
