mmm... raspberry timtam. there were a few late night sessions with those in singapore. i opened up a packet of the chocolate mud ones for some visitors this afternoon, but didn't actually get around to having one myself. perhaps now is the time.

the yoghurt is not startlingly thick... probably as thick as those fancy gourmet yoghurts. would probably be good filling for a cake, but on a scone, i do prefer the really thick clotted cream effect. also, on a scone, i think i would like a plain cream so that i could still pile on the jam.

just now im biting into a raspberry tim tam ... so good, but so bad for me. i have given the rest of the packet to my neighbour.

is the yoghurt thick enough to replace the cream on a scone or a sponge cake?
